Some of the greatest road races of the early 20th Century were held at Fairmount Park in our hometown Philadelphia. From 1908 -1911, Fairmount Park hosted the Quaker City Motor Club 200-Mile Race, with the distinguished winner receiving the Founders’ Week Cup. This Demo Day honored Philly’s contribution to the early days of racing.
