This Demo Day celebrated the thousand-mile Mille Miglia endurance race that was held twenty-four times in Italy. Dr. Simeone discussed the history of the race and the cars that raced in it.;Featured cars from the collection were the 1924 Lancia Lambda, the 1933 Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 Monza that finished in 2nd place at the Mille Miglia, the 1937 Alfa Romeo 8C 2900 A that finished in 2nd place, the 1938 Alfa Romeo 2900 B MM that finished in 1st place, and the 1956 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing Coupe.
