A Schedua di Omologazione or Certificate of Approval was required of all cars racing under the auspices of the FIA as a means of validating their qualifications for racing.
This Italian coachwork pedal car was made to replicate the actual 250 Testa Rossa for a child to play with. Of the 25 approximately produced, only a few remain.
