COVID 19 Update – Please Read

At the Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum, the safety of our guests, volunteers, and staff is our number one priority. Today, due the rapidly spreading Delta variant, the city of Philadelphia announced new Covid-19 related mandates. Beginning tomorrow, all guest to the Simeone Museum will be required to wear a mask during the length of their visit, regardless of their vaccination status. This requirement will remain in effect until further notice and will be enforced by our staff to protect the safety and well-being of our guests and volunteers. If you have purchased advanced tickets to the museum, but cannot comply with this policy, please request a refund through our online ticket provider, and we will fulfill it without delay. This policy does not include the outdoor portion of our Demo Day events, but we do encourage our visitors to use good judgement and to consider the safety and well-being of our other guests when in that environment. We will continue to monitor the situation and will send prompt updates when more information becomes available.

Beginning Monday, January 3, 2022 all guests to the Simeone Museum that are attending events that include food or drink will be required to provide proof of full COVID vaccination. This policy is being implemented for the safety of our guests, volunteers, and staff, and as to maintain compliance with the City of Philadelphia’s December 13 indoor dining mandate.

All guests attending Special Events that serve food or drink must present their proof of vaccination upon entry. Anyone that does present their vaccination card to the museum prior to entry will be denied admittance.

By definition, per the mandate, full vaccination means having received two doses of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or a single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

This policy will remain in effect until the indoor dining mandate is ended by the city.

This policy DOES NOT apply to regular museum guests and visitors, as well as people with proof of valid religious or medical exemptions and children under five years and three months.
