Emerson Fittipaldi, one of the great names in motorsports, was recently honored at the Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum as our 12th Annual Spirit of Competition Honoree. Over 200 people were on hand to witness Emerson receive the award and discuss his life, both in and out of racing.
Emerson Fittipaldi will forever be known as one of the most accomplished and proficient race car drivers of all time, with a career in motorsports that has spanned over five decades. Emerson made a name for himself as a young man in Brazil, racing anything with an engine starting from the age of 14. Some of Emerson’s most significant achievements include.
