Brandon Brooks

Drive Eagles Drive

A fortuitous social media encounter produced big results at the Simeone Museum last week. Philadelphia Eagles star offensive guard and all-star Brandon Brooks was facing a conundrum. He has two beautiful American muscle cars that he was itching to drive. The only problem was the cars are standard and Brandon never had the opportunity to learn stick.

Luckily, an alert Simeone Museum follower saw his dilemma and alerted the all-star to our museum.

One thing turned into another and within a few weeks, Brandon had stopped in for a lesson. We wanted to thank our own Kevin Kelly for exercising the patience to go through the process. We all know how hard it is to teach someone stick. Kevin taught Brandon hill stops, aggressive starts, and how to set up for the start of a race.

After a few hours, and a few car changes we are happy to report that Brandon is now an all-star stick shift driver. Check out the tweet below and see for yourself.
