There are normally between 70 and 85 cars on exhibit at any one time. During Temporary Exhibitions and Special Events, the number of cars on display can approach close to 100.
We begin each Demonstration Day with a brief lecture on each car’s importance and its place in history. Immediately after the lecture, each car is demonstrated outdoors in the parking lot in a controlled setting, weather permitting. After the demonstration runs are complete, we lower the ropes and allow guests to see each car up close and take pictures
Dr. Simeone has been assembling his collection for over fifty years.
Currently, close to 95% of the collection is in working, mechanical order.
